Following the cancellation of the EU Shield agreement by the USA it is now illegal for companies outside the USA to store personal data on USA citizens. Also the new European Union ruling on data transfers now invalidates the Privacy Shield, As a result Google will be moving to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers of online advertising and measurement personal data out of the Europe Economic Area, Switzerland and the UK.
